These one-hour classes are designed to energize your body and calm your mind before the heat of the day sets in. Glide across calm waters, soak in the peaceful sunrise, and flow through gentle yoga poses surrounded by nature. All levels welcome—no paddle board experience necessary!
These paddleboard yoga classes are one hour sessions located at Eastern Watersports @ Middle River, 1923 Old Eastern Avenue. Our classes are taught by Yogis Suangela Abrams or Christina Bollino.
Bring your own board and only pay $15.00. Make sure to select the “Personal Paddle Board – Bring Your Own Equipment” option.

The instructor was super awesome and made sure people of all levels were included. She was also focused on our safety and gave good prompts to help us while on the water. Been twice now and will make it a regular practice.
